These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, skinnysweetsaz.com, and your purchase of baked goods from Skinny Sweets, a home-based bakery operating under Arizona’s Cottage Food Program. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

About Skinny Sweets
Skinny Sweets is a home-based bakery registered with the Arizona Department of Health Services under the Cottage Food Program. Our products are made in a home kitchen that processes common food allergens and is not subject to public health inspection, as permitted by Arizona law.

Ordering Process
All orders must be placed through our website, skinnysweetsaz.com, or via email and are subject to availability and confirmation by Skinny Sweets. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted. We reserve the right to decline orders due to limited quantities or other constraints. All orders are final once placed. Changes to catering orders must be requested by email at least 72 hours before the pickup date and are subject to approval.

Payment Terms
We accept payments through our website via Stripe, our secure payment processor, which supports credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice. Full payment is due at the time of order placement. For catering or custom orders, payment is due at time of invoice receipt.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All orders are considered final once placed. If there is any issue with an order received please contact us and we will address on a case-by-case basis. For large catering orders, cancellation requests emailed within 24 hours of order placement and prior to 72 hours before pick up will be honored at the discretion of Skinny Sweets. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Pickup
Orders are available for pickup at our designated location in Arizona, provided in your order confirmation, during agreed-upon times. You must provide your name and confirmation number at pick up. Orders not collected at agreed upon times will be held for 24 hours after which they will be discarded without refund.

Allergen and Safety Disclaimer
Our products are made in a home kitchen that processes common allergens including nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and soy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Skinny Sweets is not liable for allergic reactions or health issues resulting from consumption of our products. All products comply with Arizona cottage food labeling requirements, including a disclaimer that they are made in a home kitchen.

Product Variations
Our baked goods are handmade, so slight variations in color, size, or decoration may occur. We strive to match your order specifications but cannot guarantee exact replicas of photos or descriptions on our website.

We strive to ensure our website information, such as prices and availability, is accurate but are not liable for errors or omissions.
